Thank you for using GAYAB. Our platform helps clients find and book properties. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

1. Service Nature

GAYAB provides assistance in property discovery and booking between property owners and clients. We do not directly sell physical products.

2. Booking Payments

Payments made through our platform may include:

• Property booking charges
• Service assistance fees
• Reservation charges

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be provided in the following situations:

• If a booking cannot be completed due to system error.
• If the property owner cancels the booking.
• If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

• If the client cancels the booking after confirmation.
• If incorrect information is provided by the client.
• If the property owner’s policy does not allow cancellation.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
